Abstract

Female patient, 22 years of age with dental trauma in parts 12 and 11.
After routine evaluations and when diagnosing the presence of vertical and longitudinal fractures by palatine to the middle root third, the patient was presented the different treatment options and this was decided by the exodontics and immediate placement of osseo-integrated dental implants.
The study models and a diagnostic waxing (Wax-up) were carried out to build the provisional and the chiropractic guide.
During the quirtirgic act of the exodontics, the alveoli were prepared for the placement of the selected implants in advance.
Then the extracted bone was placed during the preparation, sutured and a temporary cement was cemented. After 15 days the soft tissue scarred favorably, the provisional was rectified and re-ground with adhesive technique on the adjacent teeth.
The subsequent clinical and radiographic controls indicate a favorable prognosis for the total recovery of the affected area.
