From the foregoing, we can see the importance of this essay, which aims to analyze the criminal process in adolescents in Nicaraguan legislation, to observe compliancewith international norms and standards regarding the processes of social reintegration of adolescents. Therefore, a specific study is carried out about the most relevant aspects of sex work, autonomous sex work in Nicaragua and its legal context are also studied, an analysis of the realities of the regulation of sex work incomparative law, as well as the perspective of the legal regulation of autonomous work from human rights, addresses the main sentences that recognize the fundamental rights in sexual work and the possible criteria to regulate sex work and to guarantee the protection and the fundamental human right of women sex workers. The methodology used is the qualitative cut, the exploratory study and documentary analysis and the descriptive approach. Its general objective is to analyze the doctrinal sources of the right to origin in adoption and regulation in the laws of Spain, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua, with the purpose to identify the axes that can promote a reform of family laws in Nicaragua. In the article, an approach is madeof the study of institutions as they are; Family Law, Biological and Adoptive Affiliation, the Right of the Adopted to know their Biological Origin, and on this last right, also a condensed analysis is made about the experience of Comparative Law of Spain, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. The foregoing based on the existing divergence for use and access to technologies by metropolitan citizens that allows them to develop in all areas. The present work is carried out seeking to establish that the digital divide is the main cause of precarious learning in the digital field and to verify the need to create public policies where there is active citizen participation that address the digital divide. The methodology used was qualitative and consisted of interviewing experts in citizen participation, public policies, and education. Mexico. Since oral history that allows the generation and preservation of original and historically interesting information from personal memories through planned recorded interviews, there are guiding elements for 1) the design of policies and 2) to define public policies for disaster prevention. Modified the usual environment mainly by social distancing, which can be modifying the process of political participation in the university students their local community activities. To this end, it is relevant to review the political participation from the conventional to the new digital incidence. We consider as an objective determinate the process of political participation in university students around the consumption of information in electronic communication platforms, given the social distancing. Approaching from the methodological point of view, with the qualitative approach of correlational cut, finding as main findings, a relationship between political participation in digital media and social capital in university students in social distancing. The following are established as observation units: The Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (1999), Plan of the Fatherland Act 2019-2025, National Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation 2005-2030, Organic Law of Federal Governing Council, Organic Law on Telecommunications (2000), Information Government Act (2013), and the OrganicLaw on Science, Technology, and Innovation (2010); considering the whole unity of analysis. It is a nonexperimental research of documentary type applied as a research technique, the documentary review. Criteria for categorization and analysis included: interest and impulse; organization, structure, and spaces; promoting of training; and financing for ICT innovation. The results demonstrate the existence of a robust legal framework, based on the interest of the State to promote, and finance the development of innovation in ICT, the training of innovators and the creation of spaces for purpose. Taking into consideration the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on Salvadoran society and which may have an impact on the rights of children and adolescents. To conclude on theneed to resume institutional actions with the participation of the State through its competent in general, with the aim of working on the eradication of child labor in El Salvador and the continuation of actions that have been developed to date.
