Abstract

The research work is focused on determining the relative contribution of the subject Research Methodology in the academic performance of students in the Banking and Finance career of Facultad Regional Multidisciplinaria de Carazo (FAREM-Carazo), cohort 2011-2015; for this purpose, statistical models for a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) were applied: Correlation Analysis (ANACORR) and Regression (ANARE), Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). For the purposes of the study, hypotheses are proposed in order to determine the significant effect that Research Methodology could have on the academic performance of Banking and Finance students, as well as the correlation that this subject has with the academic performance of students in this career.
