Abstract

This work consisted of implementing an automated system to process management at the Psychosocial and Community Clinic of FAREM Estelí, during the second semester 2019. Which allows to carry out user management, registration of therapists and patients, control of appointments, workshops, sessions and generation of reports. For the realization of this system was used the framework Laravel 6.0, helper of tools such as: Bootstrap, Visual Studio Code and composer for programming; as well as XAMMP for the treatment of the database under MySQL technology and as an agile methodology SCRUM was used, assisting models, diagrams and user stories, to obtain and specify requirements. From this research the organizational processes, documentation, mission, vision and purpose of the unit were drafted, ordered and subject to accreditation. A functional and complete system was obtained as the main result, to be used in the area of the psychosocial and community clinic of FAREM Estelí. Another result was the development of a logo, which will strengthen the identity of the psychosocial and Communitarian Clinic of FAREM Estelí.
