Abstract

Dr. Ramón Rivas: thank you very much for this wonderful book today launched the public space, and selecting me the courtesy to make your presentation in an unrepeatable occasion. Thanks not only to me, but also from the many readers who will benefit and be surprised with a harmonious relationship that you have achieved with the varied and countless academic and research efforts concentrated here. It shows mastery in presenting, in a simple way, as effortlessly, leaving a natural flow of ideas, behind a cup of coffee or a friendly conversation, hard, long and sometimes tedious work work of the serious researcher, such as the definition of the problem or problems that needed to be treated, the delimitation of the times should display the identification of the subject of the investigation, the methodology that was to be used, what are the actors or systems, fieldwork, interviews, repeated interviews, verification of information or conclusions, collection and systematization of data processing, finding the internal coherence of the report and the selection of would be considered best forms of presentation of results.
