Abstract

The education is understood as a normative process that is oriented to the improvement of the person, this improvement intends to be in all the areas of the person, this means, educate in a holistic way. In each level of the formal education process, is desired, that this purpose can be established, from the preschool level to the university level. This article addresses the relevance of the university contribution to the formation of the human beings, with the humanization process perspective. Namely, be able to see the university as a space to human formation, in which the relevance of this formation be highlighted in the university context. Furthermore, it discusses the demands and requirements from the companies y work market to the professionals who graduate from the higher education level and the importance of possessing an integral education than make them a better human beings.
