Abstract

This academic essay presents an analysis by contrasting the constitutional texts of Spain and Honduras, from 1978 and 1982 respectively, in order to identify what influence the Spanish Constitution could have on the Honduran constitutional text, and thus determine which institutions or clauses, are an incorporation of the same in the Honduran national scope.
