Abstract

This research article provides the reader a study of the Changes or Amendments made to the Trademark Law and other distinctive signs in Nicaragua influenced by CAFTA-DR, especially in the issue related to equalizing the geographic location with its original denomination, the addition of sound and smelling signs as mark builders among other significant changes in the field.
