Abstract

In this presentation, you will report on an experience of university extension and participatory research carried out in a public primary school for adults, located in Barracas (in the southern part of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina) by an interdisciplinary team from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires, which is made up of students and graduates of the degrees and Anthropological Sciences. In the Barracas neighborhood, a large number of migrant families from neighboring countries were found, as well as from other provinces, whose members are speakers of Paraguayan Guaraní, Quechua and Aymara, making it a geographical area with high linguistic diversity. This experience arose at the request of the teachers and management staff of said institution and was carried out with the aim of collaboratively thinking about the development of tools to work on linguistic diversity in the classroom.
